Limited Warranty Statement

Thank you for purchasing products from Shenzhen Nyfea Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). Laifei Technology appreciates your trust and is continuously committed to providing you with the highest quality service.

Before using the products provided by Laifei Technology, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your use of this product indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Limited Warranty Statement by Shenzhen Laifei Technology Co., Ltd.

Laifei Technology reserves the right to update this warranty at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Warranty Terms

Laifei Technology warrants to the original end-user or purchaser of this product (hereinafter referred to as "You") that, under the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period, which is calculated as follows:

1. For the original purchaser, the Limited Warranty Period commences from the date of purchase of the originally sealed Product and ends on the corresponding product's Limited Warranty expiration date (refer to the table titled 'Limited Warranty Condition (Warranty Period and TBW)' at the end of this agreement for Laifei Technology product warranty periods).

2. The product warranty expires either when the product exceeds its specified warranty duration or its Terabytes Written (TBW) limit, whichever occurs first. The product's TBW is determined when the S.M.A.R.T. attribute 'Usage Percentage,' measured by professional tool software, reaches or exceeds the specified TBW value.

3. If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be determined based on the manufacturing date.

What Is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not apply to the following circumstances:

1. Use of the product outside its intended function and environment;

2. Use of the product not in accordance with any accompanying instructions;

3. Damage resulting from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external causes;

4. Malfunctions or defects caused by any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or other external interference;

5. Failures or defects arising from third-party products, software, or components (whether authorized or not);

6. Products that have been improperly handled or packaged, have had their original identification information altered, erased, or removed, or show other signs of physical damage;

7. Products sold as used or in violation of national, provincial, state, local laws, or other applicable export regulations;

8. This product is not designed for, and shall not be used in (including but not limited to) life support systems, critical care, medical or safety equipment, or any other applications where failure could lead to risk of life, personal injury, or any military or defense applications, or any other applications subject to specific terms or regulations.

How Will Laifei Technology Fulfill Its Warranty Obligations?

If the product proves to have defects in materials or workmanship and fails to conform to published specifications under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period, Laifei Technology will, subject to the conditions and exceptions stated herein:

1. Repair or replace the product with a new or recertified product of equal or similar function;

2. For replacements, Laifei Technology may replace your product with a used, repaired, and tested product that meets Laifei Technology specifications;

3. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Laifei Technology will refund or credit the lower of the purchase price paid for the product or the current price of the product at the time the warranty claim is made;

4. If your product is diagnosed as NTF (No Trouble Found) upon inspection, the product will be returned to you.

Your Responsibilities

You should regularly back up information stored on Laifei Technology products to protect your data and prevent potential data loss risks. Laifei Technology shall not be liable for any data loss, deletion, corruption, or alteration resulting from potential product failures.

Before shipping a product requiring warranty service, you must separately and promptly back up your data and erase all confidential, proprietary, or personal information you wish to protect.

Laifei Technology is not responsible for the loss of any software programs, data, or other information contained in products submitted for repair. Laifei Technology's warranty does not cover any costs or expenses associated with data recovery, including but not limited to labor, installation, or other charges.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This agreement contains the full liability of Laifei Technology. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Laifei Technology disclaims all other express and implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, course of dealing, or usage of trade. All express and implied warranties are limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty Period.

In no event shall Laifei Technology, its suppliers, or any affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, any financial loss, or any loss of documents or data, even if Laifei Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Laifei Technology's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the price you paid for the product. These limitations and exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Some regions or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
